Grants

The various grants

It is important to note that grant programs are often offered periodically and application procedures and conditions may vary from one program to another. It is therefore advisable to begin gathering information about available grant programs as early as possible so that you are aware of the application procedures and conditions. It is also wise to keep an eye on the deadline for applying for grants. Also inform yourself about the conditions and requirements that apply to the grant program so that you can be sure that your project is eligible. It is also advisable to send your application as soon as possible once the application process begins. This helps prevent your application from being rejected due to exceeding the time limit.

EIA scheme

The EIA (Energie Investeringsaftrek) is a subsidy scheme in the Netherlands that helps companies reduce their energy consumption and CO2 emissions. Companies can apply for subsidies for investments in energy-saving measures, such as installing solar panels, installing a heat pump or replacing lighting with LED lights. The EIA subsidy scheme is designed for companies based in the Netherlands that want to invest in energy-saving measures. Companies can apply for the EIA subsidy for investments in buildings, production facilities and transportation equipment. The grant is up to 55% of the investment cost, with a maximum of €4,000,000 per project. The EIA subsidy scheme is a tax subsidy, so the subsidy can be offset against income tax. Businesses can apply for the grant from the IRS. Keep in mind, however, that the schemes may change and availability may vary, so it is advisable to stay abreast of the latest information on the EIA subsidy and application procedures.
